Same Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery! Click Here to view our delivery schedule and routes. Please note that we ship our orders using UPS for our customers that are outside of our delivery range. We do not ship to customers outside of the United States.
Technical Support
Our outside sales staff is not just here to pass out catalogs and ask for orders. They all have years of training and experience in machining and coolant applications, and can work with you to help you improve efficiencies and solve problems. We have strong relationships with our suppliers and work with them to bring an additional level of technical support to you when needed.
Testing and Demos
We are lucky to work in an industry where the tools are constantly improving and evolving. Whether it’s testing a new and improved coolant, the latest and greatest end mill, or an upgraded inspection system, we can be there to help set up tests and demos so you can take advantage of new technologies and stay competitive.
Vending/ Managed Inventory
We have a strong vending program that can help make sure your inventory is always in stock, secure, and trackable. Vending machines are a very good tool for improving efficiency in a handful of ways:
- Reduce your time spent making phone calls and placing orders - We get daily reports of your stock levels in the machine and will fill the machine with replacement inventory when you run low.
- Delivery Time - when you need a tool RIGHT NOW, you can get it RIGHT NOW instead of waiting for the delivery truck.
- Reporting - Get detailed reporting on tools used by user, job #, department and much more. Reports can even be used to identify problems with tool performance or processes. For example, if you notice a big increase in tool usage for a certain end mill, maybe some cutting parameters can be changed to increase the tool life.
Tool Regrind Services
Don’t throw away your used drill bits and end mills! We have options for sending in tools to be reground, recoated, and repaired, so you can tools as good as new for a fraction of the cost.
Coolant Maintenance
Improper coolant maintenance can lead to several costly issues including:
- Bad smell
- Shorter tool life
- More frequent coolant charge-ups
- Rust on machines and finished parts
- Health issues
We can help train you on proper coolant management so your coolant will be clean and working at it’s optimal performance. We also offer sump cleanout services, which we recommend doing at least once a year to keep your machines running optimally. When changing to a new coolant, a thorough cleanout is essential, and we can help you get it done the right way.
Consolidated Invoicing
Our accounting department can set up weekly consolidated invoicing to reduce paperwork and time spent paying invoices. Please contact ar@pmindustrial.com if you would like to set this up.
Protected Stock
We are always monitoring our inventory to make sure we have local stock on commonly used items from across our customer-base. However, if there are products that we don’t stock but you have a need for us to bring onto our shelves, we can work with you to make this happen. Education and Training
With our extended support team that includes our salesmen and our suppliers, we offer free training sessions that can be tailored to your needs. We can come on-site and give a presentation, or we may have training events at our office in Chatsworth, CA that you can attend. Whether it’s best practices in extending tool life or performance, improving coolant management, or introducing you to new products, we are always looking to spread our knowledge to our customers so you can make well-educated improvements to your manufacturing processes.
