Terms:
Net 30 days on approved open accounts from date of invoice.  In addition to open accounts, we also accept cash, C.O.D. and most major credit cards, including PayPal.

Delivery
Our delivery service extends to the areas listed below.  We will only deliver to the areas listed below and we are unable to deliver to residential addresses.  In order for us to maintain the on-time service for which we are known for, the cut-off times listed below are not flexible.

Any item you purchase from PM Industrial Supply Co. that does not meet with your satisfaction may be returned within 30 days of shipment.  Upon our inspection of the product, we will exchange or credit your account for your purchase provided it is returned with the original packaging.

Product Testing
Most products we supply are available on a trial basis.  Simply call our customer service department or contact your sales rep to place your trial order.  We will consult with you on providing the right tool for your job.  We will deliver your trial order and invoice your account.  When the test is completed and we have met the agreed upon performance criteria, the invoice will be due and payable.  In the event the tool does not perform up to the expectations we anticipate, we will credit the invoice for the test tool.

Shipment
Most shipments are made by UPS, although  we do utilize FedEx and DHL as well.  The cut-off time to ensure same day shipping for your order is 4:30 p.m. PST Monday through Friday only.  Orders which are drop shipped from our manufacturer directly to you will be shipped according to your instructions.  Orders placed on Fridays (after your local cut-off time) and weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.  When you place your order, our customer service rep will give you any other information regarding your order at that time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Title and risk of loss pass to purchaser on delivery to the common carrier or upon customer pickup.  In the event you receive your order damaged or if your shipment is lost by the carrier, we will make every effort on your behalf to resolve the issue with the carrier.  This includes making the claim on your behalf when we are able to and providing the carrier with the necessary documentation.  Ultimately however, the responsibility of making a claim to the carrier is yours.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY UPON RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT AND REPORT ANY SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES TO US IMMEDIATELY SO WE MAY TAKE CARE OF THE MATTER AS WELL AS MAKE SURE A REPLACEMENT ORDER IS SENT IF NECESSARY.

Returns and Repairs
Returns: Except as otherwise provided, no material will be accepted for return after 30 days from date of shipment.  To return merchandise, you must call us for instructions.  Please do not send items back without first notifying us so we may process the return quickly and accurately.  Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip.  All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition.  Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.  Shipping charges for returned items must be prepaid.  No return of altered or etched items.  A restocking charge may be applied.

Items manufactured as full specials, to your specifications are non-returnable.
